Order Processing:
All orders require approximately 1 to 3 business days to process depending upon availability. Please allow up to 14 business days for systems. We do not process orders on the weekends.

Shipping:
Shipping times refer to business days after an order has left our facilities and does not include processing time. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or certain holidays.

In order to ensure that orders are shipped in a timely manner, we may substitute one shipping carrier for another depending upon the time a specific order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse.
